Shipping to Germany

For shipments to Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.99 per order for orders less than €50.00. For orders worth €50.00 or more, shipping is free.

Shipping to the EU

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (Greek-speaking part only)

For deliveries to the above-mentioned countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90 per order.

Customs and Fees for Delivery to Non-EU Countries

Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the EU.

Deliveries to non-European countries may incur additional customs, taxes, and fees, for which the recipient/customer is solely responsible. We are happy to contribute to a smooth transaction.

Returns

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

During this period, returns for orders from Germany are free of charge. To receive a return label, please contact our customer service.
